Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the Limited Drop store closes. We do not begin processing orders during the live drop window. Once the drop has ended, please allow up to three business days for order handling and packaging.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via UPS for all domestic and international shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most UPS deliveries arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Shipping

At this time, we do offer international shipping, customs and duties are automatically collected at checkout. 

Delays

Please note that during peak times or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, holidays, carrier delays), shipping may take longer. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to UPS.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
