Halter & Handbag was founded by Tessa Roggema, a certified horse girl, in May of 2025. Her work is deeply inspired by timeless silhouettes, the essence of womanhood, and the understated elegance of equestrian style. Tessa is driven by a desire to create fashion that is not only beautiful, but also sustainable. Every bag is thoughtfully made in the United States, carefully produced in limited quantities to have minimum waste and heirloom products.
